Cell culture: SHSY, primary cultures of mouse hippocampal neurons. Transfection and nucleofection. Microbiology: liquid and solid culture of bacterias, isolation and transformation.
Microscopy: fluorescence and light microscopy.
Molecular biology:
Vector design: primers design, digestions, ligations, cloning. Cloning: transformation, RNA extraction, reverse transcription, PCR, DNA purification, DNA gel analysis, quantification and extraction.
Biochemistry:
Western blot, (co)immunoprecipitation.
Animal manipulation:
Handling, feeding, breeding, marking and genotyping of transgenics; dissection of embryos for primary cultures of neurons.
Differential staining of tissue sections. Imunnohistochemistry.

Analytical methods:
Titrations, spectrophotometry, chromatography (ion exchange, exlusion, FPLC, HPLC), isothermal titration calorimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, differential scanning fluorimetry, analytical ultracentrifugation, turbidimetry, dynamic light scattering.
