| Modalité d'inscription | FRENCH VERSION (English version below) - Le nombre de participants est limité à 100 personnes maximum - Les participants doivent choisir de présenter leur projet sous la forme soit dun poster soit dun oral. - 20 places ouvertes pour les présentations orales et attribuées aux 20 premières personnes sinscrivant pour loral. Après votre préinscription sur ADUM vous recevrez un mail de confirmation vous demandant si : = vous voulez faire un oral et votre réponse à ce mail servira dinscription à loral. Oral : Présentation de votre projet sous forme de vidéo de 10 min avec 5 min de questions en live après loral. = vous présenterez un poster et vous devrez renvoyer un abstract : 200 mots maximum avec les mots clés, (12pt, 1.5 interligne). Posters : vous pouvez faire le poster à ces différentes dimensions A0 (841x1189mm), A1 (594x841mm) ou A2 (420x594mm). Le format denvoi final est un PDF - Le colloque se fera entièrement en anglais. ------------ ENGLISH VERSION - The number of participants is limited to a maximum of 100 people - Participants must choose to present their project as either a poster or an oral presentation. - 20 places are open for oral presentations and will be allocated to the first 20 people to register for the oral presentation. | Observations | Exceptionnellement cette année le colloque n'est pas obligatoire pour les doctorants en 2ème année de thèse. L'ensemble des participants ainsi que les doctorants organisateurs de l'association Hippo'Thèse formeront le jury. ----------- Exceptionally this year, the colloquium is not compulsory for doctoral students in the second year of their thesis. All the participants as well as the doctoral students organising the Hippo'Thèse association will form the jury. |
