Programme
LinkedIn is the largest professional social network in the world. More than 500 million people are registered worldwide, including 14 million in France. About 75% of CAC 40 companies pay tens of thousands of euros a year to use their profile targeting tools (Source Challenges Magazines, 2013). Many companies (especially SMEs) use LinkedIn because direct contact with potential candidates speeds up recruitment campaigns and reduces their cost. More and more companies are also posting jobs on LinkedIn. The social network has today become a kind of "dynamic yellow pages". The social network is also a great tool for job seekers or opportunity seekers to target the right person in companies where they might want to work.
