Objectifs

Setting up a documentary watch on your research topic enables you to automatically receive new articles specific to your research work. Email alerts and RSS (Really Simple Syndication) readers such as Netvibes are a free and easy way to stay up to date in your research area.

Email alerts and RSS readers allow you to :
- stay informed of the latest content from the databases (Web of Science, Science Direct) that most interest you
- save time by not visiting each database individually

Programme

- Presentation of documentary watch

- Using creation of profile on databases to set up a documentary watch (examples shown from databases on demand + alert creation from Google Scholar and HAL)

- Using the Netvibes dashboard to collect new references online (articles, posts)
