Disponibilité ? : I am writing to apply for the position of Lecturer with an emphasis on Human Resource Management and Organization Behavior. I am a PhD student at IAE Aix-Marseille University, France. I am a young, energetic and quite familiar with French culture and international teaching standards. I am confident that my teaching experience and my research interests make me an ideal candidate for lecturer position. Furthermore, I have a good research sense. I have published six research papers in recognized journals and presented papers in three international recognized conferences. In addition, my recent research paper is accepted in one of the top conferences in management, The Academy of Management which I presented on 13th August 2018 in Chicago, USA. The second paper is accepted in British Academy of Management which will take place in September 2018 in Bristol Business School, UK.
