Résumé : Ce travail de thèse manipule trois concepts de la psychanalyse : l'adolescence, le vieillissement et l'affect de honte. Pour ce dernier, son développement psychogénétique se fait en deux temps dans l'enfance. Une honte primaire apparaît durant les premiers temps de la vie lorsque le nourrisson se confronte aux échecs de sa pulsion d'emprise sur l'objet. Puis, une honte secondaire se scénarise à l'issue des schémas oedipiens avec le sacre de la pudeur. La honte est aussi un affect bifide. Liée au manque, sa première facette révèle une fracture topique plus ou moins intense allant de la honte signal d'alarme à la honte disruptive correspondant à une rupture du sentiment continu d'exister, sentiment sur lequel le Moi repose. Liée à l'autre, elle présente aussi une autre facette, de cohésion subjective entre les membres d'un groupe, d'une société, s'inscrivant dans la marche du travail de Culture. Par ailleurs, adolescence et sénescence sont deux crises majeures de la vie psychique, participant à une défaillance narcissique et une confusion identitaire si ce n'est identificatoire. Mais au-delà de ces déséquilibres, ces deux périodes de la vie possèdent des points de correspondances mentaux forçant à des travaux de subjectivation particuliers : un travail d'adultité pour l'adolescent et en miroir pour le sénescent, un travail du vieillir. Les recherches exposées par la suite se proposent d'inventer le concept dit de honte tertiaire servant la cause d'une opération psychique nécessaire durant ces deux passages. Révélée sous ses aspérités économiques tierces, la honte occupe une portée logique dans la vie d'âme jouant le rôle d'un agent de change, d'un régulateur de la libido.

THE TERTIARY SHAME – ECONOMIC LOGICAL OF AN AFFECT TESTED BY ADOLESCENCE AND AGING
Abstract : This thesis work manipulates three concepts from psychoanalysis : adolescence, aging and the affect of shame. For the latter, his psychogenetic development occurs in two stages during childhood. Primary shame appears during the early stages of life when the infant confronts the failures of his impulse to control the object. Then, a secondary shame is scripted at the end of the Oedipal patterns with the sacredness of modesty. Shame is also a dual affect. Linked to lack, its first facet reveals a more or less intense topical fracture ranging from alarm signal shame to disruptive shame corresponding to a rupture in the continued feeling of existing, a feeling on which the Self rests. Linked to the other, it also presents another facet, of subjective cohesion between the members of a group, of a society, part of the progress of the work of Culture. Furthermore, adolescence and senescence are two major crises of psychological life, contributing to a narcissistic failure and an identificatory questioning. But beyond these imbalances, these two periods of life have mental points of correspondence forcing particular work of subjectivation: a work of adulthood for the adolescent and in mirror for the senescent, a work of aging. The research presented below aims to invent the concept known as tertiary shame serving the cause of a psychological operation necessary during these two passages. Revealed under its third economic asperities, shame occupies a logical significance in the life of the soul playing the role of an agent of change, of a regulator of the libido.
